Error in Game [need adivce GM/MODS] please reply...

i download the full patch and the other 2 links (hover board.exe and patch.exe)
-step by step-
1.) i install the chrome ran season II.
2.) i extract the hover board.exe and patch.exe
3.) i open the client, and the client patch 1 up to 43.
4.) after the client download finish. i click the start to enter the game
5.) the game is open and the error is INTERNET IS DISCONNECTED!

GM/MODERATORS-please help me in my problem because me and my friends want
to play this chrome ran season II so help me please...

Question: this chrome ran season II is 24/7 online? if not what time it will be open?

please help me with my problem/error
